What was the best part about using DocuXplorer?

The best part is my ability to make changes to my settings so my meta fields populate automatically and saved searches make it easy to do a complex lookup very quickly. The new workflow feature is great because the designer tool lets me make very detailed rules where I can route my documents based on those rules like where a document is filed and what the meta data is changed to. Pretty cool and useful.

What would you change about your experience with DocuXplorer?

The look of the interface is not like a lot of software these days that looks modern and "pretty". It's easy to navigate and all of the options are where you expect them to be and it works how I need it to, but I think it could use a facelift. They have a YouTube channel where you can see the software in action so you can see how it looks.

Overall Feedback

I've been using DocuXplorer for a few years and it dramatically changed the amount of time we spend looking for documents and also made it so we tag documents automatically and route it around the office based on how it's tagged. Best decision I made was to get their remote support option because whenever a problem occurs they remote over and help with it the same day AND it's only $500 a year for that support for all of my employees. Awesome.
