DocuSign

DocuSign is a software used to send and sign digital documents. Funded in 2003, this company has accumulated enough experience to be one of the leading providers in the electronic signature service. DocuSign also released their mobile up which was the second most downloaded productivity app in 2011 and archieved 100 000 downloads in it`s first month of release. Not bad, huh? First thing I saw when I went on their webpage was yellow button with “Free trial” on it, so you can`t miss your free 30 day trial, it is in front of your eyes. Then comes the usual registration- name, surname, e-mail, etc., and after that you must confirm your email. But be careful with password, you have only 5 tries! Login is possible with social network profiles too. And from this point, you can`t get lost, there is a big caption that asks what I want to do- sign or send documents. You just click, for example, sign, it takes to new page where you upload your document. So far, so good, and thats what I like the most about this application, it is so easy to understand, you can save yourself time and headache trying to figure out how everything works. When you are ready to sign your document, to your left is the toolbar and it really saves your time, you just input your name, company, e-mail and you won`t have to type it never again, just press on the icon and choose where you want it. Moreover, creating your signature is easy enough, either choose to use your name or initials, pick the letter style and you are ready to go! Software also allows you to draw your signature yourself, which is kinda fun. So far I have only enjoyed this application. After that, you can save your document or if you are in a rush, just choose “finish later”. I saved document and sent it to my other e-mail, it went lightning fast and accesing it was a matter of three seconds. By the way, you can choose document and upload it from Dropbox, Google Drive, Evernote, Box, Salesforce or OneDrive, so you can scrap all your documents, you want to send, from different applications. All documents you send are saved in a folder, what is useful too. It also allowes you to design your ID card and your profile theme, which is visible to your recipients when they open your e-mail, so there are few things to customize.

As I said, I really did enjoy this application and I havent found anything that would really bother me, but what I did miss, was the connectivity to your social pages, like, twitter, facebook, etc. I do not really know what would be the purpose of it, but I like that everything is connected. Also, I like the interface, everything is how it needs to be, but they should consider design to more eye enjoyable. With technical function everything is great, but visual should be more attracting.

I really did enjoy using this application, because overlook was so good and I did figure everything out in very small amount of time. Also, this software will save you time and will increase your productivity, because actions you did in five minutes, you can do in one minute and all your stuff is one place, moreover, it takes seconds to modify if you did not like something. If you have everything set up right, this application will become your best friend, when it comes to signing and sending documents. I think the relaively small fee of using this application really helps small businesses, maybe some inviduals to arrange document associated stuff without actually paying a lot of money for this kind software.
