The best part about using DocuSign is that not only it eliminates redundant paper work but also helps in storing and tracking the documents trail history. With the added feature of automation in the delivery, you can be rest at peace without worrying about the unnecessary printing and scanning of the documents - All this at almost real time speed makes Docusign one of the better tools in signature software.

Few of our development teams were having some confusion regarding the templates and the user interface. Also the basic features of 'Search' option need to be vastly improved as some of our teams had a harrowing experience. The integration capabilities of the Docusign tool are also a matter of concern. If Docusign addresses these things - it is going to be one of the better players in the market.

Docusign has multiple advantages in the sense that it can be used for signing of bulk documents at one go, sending and received bids and quotes from customers, great way of identifying contacts already registered in the system, user friendly features of uploading, downloading, drag and drop. However it would be nice to have autosave feature especially when handling bulk documents. Overall, I am quite satisfied using this product.
