Documentum is dominant and effective content management software .What I prefer the most about Documentum is that it provides a unified platform and an open architecture. Of course, as many similar software, it offers content analytics and advanced search options. But its biggest achievement, that makes it unique from other software, is that it really works effectively.

In my opinion, the worst part about using Documentum is that it has numerous crashes. Also the user interface is not intuitive and the design is very poor and graphically obsolete. Furthermore, the first time you use it you may find difficult the set up procedure, as well as the configuration.

All in all, Documentum has a lot of features which can use them either from web or from your mobile, for your business. Documentum can be a great asset, in several situations, to efficiently managing information. You can also use Documentum for your business as it maintains file privacy. Last but not least, it has its issues, but you can try it in order to see if fulfill your requirements.
