Documentum comes with the functions which as a user I could expect with a document mangement application. And its window like platform helps me to feel like a proficient. It easily integrates with other applications so that it becomes less complicated in handling several applications through one platform. And it got a technical team to guide the user.

Documentum requires experts help at least in the initial stages of using the application. So it was difficult to find an experienced person to manage the application. It went a far with its prices from the competitive market conditions. The program creeps with lot of bugs so it irritates me a lot.

All the companies are constantly moving their physical data to electronic storage so they do look potential application which caters their requirements in several ways. Documentum is capable of it if it gives a hand in training the new users at a better pace by reducing its bugs and system complexity as far as possible.
