It used to take us a day or longer to complete these forms, and our customers hated printing, signing, and then emailing them back to us. We haven't really run into any issues yet. We just started using the software about 2 months ago, and so far everything is working just like we need it to. Sometimes our customers have slow internet connection, and it takes them a little while to get everything done, but all in all it has been a big time saver for us.
