Doctors On Call Schedule (DOCS)

It is an extremely intuitive program and the ability to tailor it to your specific needs is not seen in any other program on the market currently. In addition, the program created by the DOCS team to automatically schedule greater than 1600 requests in less than 5 minutes was amazing. Current program we use takes more than 6 hours to run.

There is nothing in particular that I would change at this time other than wishing we were still using it!

I can't say enough about the product or the company. Any time I had a question or issue, they were always available by phone or email with a quick solution. Customer service was excellent. The product grew every year that we used it starting in 2007. Don always met with us each year to discuss new functionality that we thought we would need for the next year. In addition, he would suggest changes based on our needs and would demonstrate new functionality that was already in production. As far as the program itself, you can't beat the simplicity of the point and click function of this program. It also has features that allowed us to provide flexibility in scheduling the number of staff away by day and week. Another feature that was helpful was the reports that we could run to help determine our quotas allowed off for 60+ staff for the upcoming year. Overall this is an amazing scheduling program.
