DocSend

DocSend is really easy to use, with a clean user interface. One of my favourite features is DocSend's ability to prevent viewers from downloading copies of confidential documents, that was important to us from the very beginning. Also, I really like how they show stats per slide and the thumbnail so you easily can tell which slide is getting the most interest from readers. The support team has always been responsive and efficient.

I can't say I have any serious complaints using DocSend actually, the product is solid and secure. Some wishes maybe. Like, it would be good to be able to track how many users came but bounced as they did not leave their email address. Dashboard could use some improvements perhaps. No other suggestions for improvement right now, as DocSend definitely exceeded my expectations.

DocSend is trying to reimagine the way businesses share documents online and offering innovative features both for the user and the reader. When we first started to use DocSend, we were looking for an opportunity to share confidential presentations with definite people for specific amounts of time. DocSend has proved to be the right choice. The analytics provided are awesome, it's extremely helpful to get the feedback of how much time specific people spend on specific pages of your presentation. Besides, the program allows you to make edits to the document without changing the URL which is very helpful indeed for those times when you catch a typo minutes after sending out a link. The support is awesome, they really set a great standard for what the customer success should be.
