DocketManager

Absolutely nothing. One of the worst programs I have every used. Before we switched to docket manager we were using PrintSmith, which is by far a superior product. Now we are stuck with this piece of crap.

I would change my boss ever purchasing this terrible program. He was sucked in by the "online portals" for our customers to use. Was supposed to make it quick and easy to order their products, except that it NEVER WORKS! Constantly getting phone calls "I tried to order such and such but I keep getting this error message..."

Docket manager is a glitchy, poorly thought out program. It takes far to long to create an order, you have to click on button after button to be able to change anything. I was able to create an order in PrintSmith in approximately 30 seconds to a minute. On average with docket manager it takes me at least 10 minutes, and that is on a good day. On a bad day when it is full of glitches, that I have to figure out how to deal with, it can take up to 2 hours FOR ONE ORDER! Docket Manager support is horrible, they love to say "we know you have to use work arounds to get stuff done but..." I used to love my job before my boss installed docket manager, now I dread coming to work. The new and wonderful thing it is doing is dropping the taxes off of invoices, so people are getting the wrong pricing for their jobs. Now we have to waste time going in and double checking that taxes are clicked on our customers accounts. This just started since we updated the program in July. We mistakenly thought the update would deal with all of the issues we were having, unfortunately it just made new ones which are even worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR YOUR SANITY. Every single person who works here is now miserable because we have to use this program everyday. I could go on and on but I think you get the gist. - Oh and the accounting part of it does not work like a proper accounting program. Anyone who has actually done book keeping and used a proper program will be nothing but frustrated with this crap.
