The best part is the ease of navigation and the end-to-end integration. We started on V2 and really like the upgraded ERP-ONE software, the larger screens and the field level security are great! The quick tasks completely eliminate the need for custom development of new buttons on the screen. They have a human answering their support lines, that is a plus. I also like their user conferences. The thin client installation and ability to run from any device is nice.

I wish we would have initially had more training. They offered, but management wasn't interested during the implementation process. Because they have a live person answering the phones sometimes you will get transferred to the wrong person. Better dashboards and more KPI's would be a nice. We would like to upgrade our warehouse management hardware, but are waiting for them to finish the mobile apps.

The product is very in-depth. We probably only use 40% of it at best. They have so many feature that we could take advantage of, but would require modifying our internal processes. Overall they are a good company, much better than our previous P21 system. The support is responsive and being able to talk to someone is a positive.
