ABOUT DeVero

DeVero is a cloud-natives software designed for "care that comes to you," to address the shift in healthcare toward more home-based services. DeVero is designed to address the needs of home health, hospice, pediatric home care, and other healthcare-at-home providers. However, build with the broader healthcare market in mind, DeVero is adaptable to other types of care.

We started in 2007 with the idea that the “old technology” EHR’s were too complicated and restrictive. From there, we built a flexible healthcare software solution that’s secure and web-based, while being adaptable to the change we’ve become accustomed to seeing in healthcare. We’ve achieved this while maintaining the ease-of-use clinicians have come to know us for.

What was the best part about using DeVero?

DeVero is one of the user-friendly Web-based EMR Software available in the market today. This software allows the clinicians and other medical professionals to use it with ease and with no hassles. The interface is obviously designed according to the needs and preferences of the people in the medical industry. Since DeVero is a new technology, there are still few glitches and lagging time that affects the overall rating of the software. Although the DeVero makers have already vowed to improve their software and services even better, it is still worth to mention that they need to invest more time and dedication if they want to compete with the global market.

What would you change about your experience with DeVero?

Home Health institutions and agencies should consider this software especially if they are after the ease of use of a certain software. Evidently, DeVero is already acceptable in the Web-Base EMR Software market, there are still a few things that needs to be improved. However, the technical support team of DeVero is very reliable and professional and they sure will find a way to improve this software. This is still worth a try.

Overall Feedback

If ease of use is important for your home health or hospice agency, you should absolutely consider DeVero. Their support is also very strong, and their customer success managers are very helpful.
