What was the best part about using Desk.com?

I like ability to brand the support table as your own company. The idea to collect multiple support channels in one place with agent tools and macros is nice. It is simple to get a complete support team set up and running with the shortest time possible especially if you have previous knowledge of customer support tool and you have the technical expertise too. The tab for knowledge is sort of simple to manage. This computer software is quite intuitive however it involves slight repetition in order to fully understand it and become fast at taking the next step. You will be able to produce quite economical workflows once at home with it. I admire the options of the mobile app that permits for accessing client support opportunities away from the geographical point.

What would you change about your experience with Desk.com?

The developers of this software have irresponsive customer support backing and as such this tool needs improvement in order to increase its proficiency. Likewise, the switch-over administration of the product by the client is extremely difficult without any essential support. A noteworthy drawback is the deplorable documentation and non-flexible nature of their client support. In addition to the above drawback the software is a bit pricey especially for average sized industry players.

Overall Feedback

The cost of this software is unbelievably expensive considering their costs per user. On the other hand, this price is worthwhile to business with enormous revenue base and sensible overall returns. It is tough to justify the worth of this software per client support agent for smaller businesses or for low margin of profit merchandise. Desk.com is a nice software that can help you achieve much in a little while especially if you have the money to commit in buying it.
