The main aspect the creators of this software have put great emphasis on would be the ease of using it as their 4-step process provides easy access and navigation. Another important characteristic is the highly enhanced visualization process which will prove to be tremendously helpful, especially when comparing to other similar services that have put no effort into developing a solution easily customizable and enhancing visualization assets.

There aren’t many downsides to bring out but one aspect that I find lacking in many tools is the support teams availability – that being only on business hours. That’s not very flexible and for me personally not very convenient as firstly the timezone difference makes it hard to reach and secondly I simply don’t work on the same hours. That might be the case for many.

The software is greatly praised and that for a good reason - their 4-step process. As I find simplicity defines current technological solutions, the same goes for this program as it really feels as if it is built on making every single aspect of the tool amazingly easy. Therefore, it shouldn't cause any worries for newbies either.
