What was the best part about using DataMotion SecureMail?

DataMotion SecureMail is an easy software to encrypt and send an email allowing protection of sensitive data no matter where you put in text or as attached file. DataMotion SecureMail is in compliance with many standards and it supports large files. DataMotion SecureMail is a cloud based software which makes it cost effective and easily accessible.

What would you change about your experience with DataMotion SecureMail?

DataMotion SecureMail does not have native applications for iOS, Android or Windows but it can be used effectively on mobiles through two ways either using the SecureMail Web Portal which is mobile friendly or using the POP3 configuration method within the native email app on your phone. Email encryption with DataMotion SecureMail does not offer appliance based method.

Overall Feedback

DataMotion SecureMail supports many clients including Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Google Apps Service (Gmail), Microsoft Office 365 and more. DataMotion SecureMail can also operate with any other email clients supporting SMTP / POP3. Otherwise, users can opt for the web portal to use DataMotion SecureMail with same functionalities seen on any of the other clients.
