The best part of using Salesforce Data.com is that it provides a comprehensive data cleansing for users of Salesforce and helps in generating business contacts and expansion. Our organization has been using this tool for quite some time and the sales department performance has risen beyond expectations as they can now access the right data at the right time without much hassles. I especially liked the features of lead generation and the recruitment ability.

I think the biggest problem of using Salesforce Data.com is that the data is not always updated real time as this creates unnecessary effort in trying to access the record and lead generation is severely affected. I also feel that the Exports features are not the most user friendly as it is not that compatible with Microsoft excel. I also expect though it is my wish that it should be directly connected with linkedin to better track my candidates and reduces the amount of copy and paste.

The sales intelligence data standards and the lead augmentation are the salient features of Salesforce Data.com. The system is pretty robust with very few instances of crashing and the speed is acceptable. I especially liked the user interface and ease of operating of the SFDC system. Our organization started of as a content driven company and is now gradually using the inbound leads to great effect and our sales department cannot do away with this amazing tool.
