Using this tool from past two years I can say that I personally like the software from day one. The makers are always looking for the ways to provide the best services to the clients and constantly updating the tool with lots of new features keeping in mind the needs of the users. Being cloud based they also provide a mobile application for this tool which does not lag behind in any terms from the desktop version of the software. The cherry on the top is the customer support of the tool which is always keen to help the customers out at any hour of the day with the best possible solution.

The working of the tool is amazing. I can't say that the tool has anything which disappoints me. I expect the makers to enhance the tool in some areas such as providing more number of modules for the clients. Some minor issues do keep arising once in a while but those are not such which can not be solved. You just need to contact the customer support and they will instantly help you with the best possible way they can. Also, the absence of a free trial is an aspect which upsets any new client initially.

With each passing day, they are improving the tool and so with passing days is increasing my fondness towards the software. Within these two years, I tried a few other tools for product Lifecycle Management but I could not find such great service and features from any other tool at this price. The price of the software is much cheaper than others. I feel that some more modules should be added and I am sure that it would be done in coming updates. A must have software for every small and moderate business organisations.
