What was the best part about dealing with Cyber Corp Software?

They were extremely attentive and responded to concerns almost immediately when any arose. If there was ever a question that needed to be answered, the owner himself would call and address my concerns until a successful resolution was reached. They work around the clock to make sure the timeline of your project is met and/or exceeded.

What would you change about your experience with Cyber Corp Software?

At fault of our own, they were too flexible with setting a project timeline and trying to custom fit a budget to meet our needs instead of telling us how it should be. Of course, as business owners, bottom-line cost and quickness is the ultimate goal. However, when it comes to building complex web applications, worst-case scenario planning is key to not having unexpected surprises. The client is not always right.

Overall Feedback

One of the best companies I've ever dealt with in my 15 years of professional business. This company truly cares about its clientele and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. For over 10 years, our company was stuck on using outdated e-commerce processes and email methods of communication with our customers. Cyber Corp advised us on the latest technological platforms to streamline business operations and allow for future expansion and upgrades.
