1. Excellent Price Point. It fit well within our budget for a Digital EHS system 2. Above Average customization for a cloud software. It was very nice to be able to customize everything so it looked exactly like what we were using previously, except digital 3. Response time to queries is great, as well as response time for asked changes, no more waiting months for an update. 4. Location is in the same city so meetings are a snap.

1. They are still adding new features to their program, so occasionally bugs pop up, but they are fixed quite quickly. 2. Again, adding new features, so if we ask them if they can do 'something' they have to sit down and work out whether they can, instead of having an immediate response, but the answer has almost always been yes.

I think for a small company they are quite good. Some small problems at the beginning with bugs, but even they were fixed very quickly and the contact between the Us and Them was consistent until the system was working to our satisfaction. I do appreciate the way they really committed to us as a single project and worked full-time (or thats what it seemed like) for us until the project was fully completed. One of the biggest problems with small companies is they have so many things that a single person has to do that it seems like they run around and divide their attention too far. Cyanic seemed like they have that problem well under control and were able to get our project done quick and professional.
