What was the best part about using Cvent?

I think major advantage of Cvent is it allows you to simply duplicate previous event page and let edit edit it as you want and allow to update it. It saves tremendous time and reduce overhead of re-creating similar things again and again. You can create custom name badges and mailing labels for your own event with Cvent.

What would you change about your experience with Cvent?

I think the data they provide for hotels or party or event venues should be updated more frequently so every people get most recent information. The other major factor to look for is its pricing structure, I think the price is high for small scale organizations and small size businesses. It is very helpful but if you cant afford it, you can't take advantage of its features.

It is cost efficient event management software. it promotes your event and your key event data on branded event websites, so you need not to worry about marketing of your even. This is faster way to create events, and run them successfully.
