What was the best part about using Cvent?

Cvent has made great strides over the last few years to fast-track the product into a modern, accessible, flexible platform. With the blue release last year, they have made it far more user-friendly and easier to look at. Building a registration site is getting much faster, and it has become easier to keep the infrequent users trained.

What would you change about your experience with Cvent?

One key area where I would like to see something more is management of event logistics. All of the details of the event, the setups, the av, f&b. We have that all on our desktops in Excel or in other static database programs right now and it would be great to get it into the cloud and even have an app to access it on the fly. Seems to me to be a big hole in the industry.

Overall Feedback

Customer Support is always available and always able to remedy issues. during one of my event builds, I became quite chummy with the CS team, so much so that a couple recognized me by name when I called. I don't know if that's a testament to the number of calls I made or just the attentiveness and rapport you build with the support team.
