Cvent software has some of the best features that helps organisations at each step of the event, from finding unique venues, setting up a budget, marketing the events, online registrations of attendants , to easing check-in process. It is user-friendly and has a web survey feature that can enable organisations test markets, enhance company culture and even rate or gauge stakeholder opinions. The software can be installed easily without any help, and does not require instructions or tutorials to be able to use.

It has no free trial thus does not allow testing before one can decide to buy it, so you are forced to rely on your gut feeling that it works. This makes it a bit intimidating at first, since it has so many features that one may not understand right away. The events do not seem to be properly placed some times. The templates are limited making it difficult to change some sections that you may want to appear differently. It takes so much time to load bulky data.

Cvent makes life easy. It is the go to software when your organisation is looking for a software that will not only help you test your market, but also help you gauge your stakeholders opinions.
