What was the best part about using Cvent?

Cvent truly has transformed the way I deal with events. We were used to do everything in the old systems that were way outdated . With Cvent , you can have more registrants and more events in one place . It is very user-friendly and I like the simplicity behind it . The easy-to-use interface is what makes it a fantastic product .

What would you change about your experience with Cvent?

It runs a little slow and freezes sometimes and the maintenance times is always at the worst possible time . One thing i would suggest is that i would want to have more features and integration with other products like Twitter or Facebook . That would benefit many users so this may be possible .

Overall Feedback

Always keep in mind that there is no software will have the ability to do all of the things that you want it to do . If you set your expectations fair enough , you can always see what you are looking for .Try it for a month see if it fits your needs . If you are using Cvent for a regular conference , it is a great tool.
