Having all of the necessary tools in one place allows us to manage our events all from one platform. No need to call around for proposals and hunt for properties on our own. With Cvent we are registering guests and managing registrations and also communicating with registrants via the available email tools. The amount of time we are saving by having automated registration, wait lists, and emails is great. Great technical support. They do update several times per year to accommodate the most desired features and enhancements.

As Cvent does almost everything you could imagine, it does take some intensive training and regular use to be able to seamlessly create events on your own. But once you're up and running, it gets much easier and quicker to use. Besides, we do not actually like the cost of some of the modules. Things that seem like they would be included with the event system may have an extra fee.
