Cvent is without a doubt a robust and popular event management software that is is designed with great professionalism. Cvent offers a wide variety of ways to arrange events efficiently. Cvent has a great user interface and a very good editor. In my opinion, the user-experience on Cvent is quite positive and pleasant. OnArrival is a cool feature from Cvent which helps to detect the attendees. Cvent can be installed quite easily and without a lot of assistance.

Cvent features also native application to stay in touch on the go from mobile devices. Cvent does not allow advanced editing capabilities, you can not edit the HTML tags or the styling CSS. There have been some complaints with their customer service but I would say that this quite normal with any company when their staff are overwhelmed with unhandled issues.

Cvent is a great event management technology that I highly recommend to organizations and businesses who are working on events so often. Cvent makes organizing events so easy and very interactive. Cvent is bit expensive in my opinion and it is not affordable by small businesses or NGOs. Cvent platform has great reporting tools which can give insightful information.
