What was the best part about using CurrencyXchanger?

Just like any other good help desk software, with CurrencyXchanger, you have a very decent tool for almost every large company that needs to set up a decent and functional user interface. I haven't had the chance to use their services for thorough testing, but what I can say is that I'm very satisfied with almost everything. The demo version is something worth checking out!

What would you change about your experience with CurrencyXchanger?

Pricing is the only thing that slightly bothers me here. As the previous paragraph suggests, with CurrencyXchanger, you get a platform that functions pretty well, but the prices make CurrencyXchanger less attractive. On the bright side, everything worked fine, and even though I haven't used it much, I'd like to recommend it. A great thing is that I haven't even stumbled across bugs that I could mention here, so all in all, I find this platform to be quite an average pick.

Overall Feedback

Other than the fact that the user interface is not as beautiful as you would expect it to be, I still think CurrencyXchanger is good, as far as all other services go - their unique software was (and I hope it still is) pretty useful. The prices they offer might not fit every single type of business, but this platform should be tested before choosing to purchase it.
