Ever since I’ve integrated Cugic, there has been a phenomenal increase in the conversion rate. Sales have increased and we are able to cater to seasonal traffic demands more efficiently. I’m very satisfied with Cugic’s Live Chat service as it has helped me resolve customer queries in real time. Also, in the traditional telephone support, one agent could talk to one customer at a time. But this live chat software has enabled the chat agent to simultaneously chat with 3 visitors at the same time. It has certainly increased productivity and efficiency of my business.
