CudaSign

I love the simplicity of the CudaSign interface. It is extremely easy to navigate and send contracts to clients. I like the ability to sign via trackpad, or type your name and have it generated. It truly has some cool options for e-signing and whatnot. Kind of cool interface, and is really rather aesthetically pleasing. I don't think I am a person who will ever use it for anything close to its full potential but it seems like a business with lots of documents and a highly email-centric work environment could benefit from it.

There isn't really much to dislike about Cuda Sign. However, the only aspect that might need a little improvement is the organization of signed documents once they are submitted. A lot of our documents are presented through public signing links, and therefore, anytime anyone opens the link, it creates a document in the signed cue, however it is blank. At times, this becomes a little difficult to sort through but other than that, we really have no other complaints.

If you work with clients mostly via email or phone and are still using paper agreements then you need to get CudaSign. Save paper and time. The tools are so easy to use. Just upload a PDF of your agreement and you can customize which areas clients need to fill out and include descriptions of what information you require from them. As a photographer this has saved me time and my sanity.
