What was the best part about using CudaSign?
Easy and fast - especially when working from home without a printer! Ease of use is great. CudaSign is always at the cutting edge of efficiency. I like that it's simple, yet has all the features and functionality that I need. For example, keeping IP logs in and easily accessible pdf is great. On top of that the price point is very competitive
What would you change about your experience with CudaSign?
Nevertheless, CudaSign is a bit pricey, but so far they have managed to keep my firm happy. Once your mouse "picks" up a field, there doesn't seem to be any way to "drop" the field. Which makes moving your existing field difficult since you always have a new one attached to your mouse and ready to be placed onto your document.

Fast turnaround, eliminates the need to print and scan. Consider the richness of the features that you require in an electronic signature service. CudaSign is great for the absolute basics but falls short on certain advanced features, and requires additional payment for certain features (i.e. adding more users). There are many things that can be said for the benefits of CudaSign, but at its core it is a great, basic, entry level product for folks who are new to electronic signatures, those who don't need many signatures completed each month, and those who don't require significant scalability, third-party administrative capabilities, etc.
