Thank you for your inquiry. We provide extensive implementation assistance and top notch customer support on-going. All of our training and support, as well as programming, is handled out of our headquarters in Montana, so you are talking directly to the developers when you call or email. The amount of time to set up does vary depending on a number of factors which include: *Extent to which you are using our system - ie: some people get rolling with the full system, others select only a few modules. *Amount of data you are converting vs direct input *New startup company vs years of history *User proficiency and acceptance of change I would say that an average amount of time with a base system that includes accounting, payroll, job costing and service dispatch; would be in the neighborhood of 1-2 months. We have had companies set up much quicker and others take their time.
