I signed up for their trial with my credit card to learn more about this social media publishing and analytics app for our ecommerce based start up. Doing so was easy, as was adding our Twitter account and Facebook page with only a couple clicks. After integrating your social media accounts I appreciated the interactive tour of your account to help get head around all of the functionality though the account is super easy to learn quickly and intuitive to use. I like that it includes analytics, publishing and engagement features. The analytics are straight forward. The publishing which has scheduling as well is very easy to setup multiple posts in advance. And the engagement feature is a nice bonus and enables you to reply directly to tweets and comments which is good to help facilitate relationships with prospects, customers and brand influencers.

I simply don't understand why there are not more social media integrations such as Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn and others. Nowadays any integrated marketing campaign typically includes more than only Facebook and Twitter. Our brand in particular is highly visual and the lack of Pinterest and Instagram integration are major drawbacks as we would have to utilize multiple services for any single campaign which is unfortunate. I also wish the engagement feature included social media monitoring generally speaking, and beyond social media to include niche website and forums so you could utilize engagement to it's full potential.

There is a lot of productivity to be gained by using this social media app certainly. And it is the easiest to learn to use out of several I have tried to this point. Pricing is relatively fair for the value offered but the free forever plan I've discovered in another similar service recently includes significantly more value. They have at least a half dozen more social media networks including Instagram and Pinterest in the coming months with analytics, publishing and engagement features as well. Considering we have a highly visual brand and the networks including here aren't included currently it cannot be our choice. But I would recommend it to others which focus their social media marketing efforts solely in Facebook and Twitter.
