Helped My Auto Dealership Increase Sales

What was the best part about dealing with CrossCheck, Inc.?

Their tool did what they said it would. Their Multiple Check product helped me increase sales at my auto dealership by offering customers a payment option that wasn't financing and did not require a credit check. I use this for customers who are having a problem with their down payment. They are appreciative because otherwise they wouldn't have been able to purchase the car, and it brings down their financing totals/interest rate.

What would you change about your experience with CrossCheck, Inc.?

So far, I have nothing bad to say about them. I've only used customer service a handful of times and there were no hiccups. Billing has been easy to understand and the online interface allows me to view account status 24/7. I've had no claims returned, so no concerns there either.

Overall Feedback

Like I said, their tool did what they said it would. At the time, I was a newly minted General Manager at brand new dealership. I scratched and clawed to find every way to save money, make more money, all while keeping employees and customers happy. I use three of their products, not just Multiple Check. Check Guarantee means no more returned checks or collections by my staff. Multiple Check has helped increase sales. I also use their Remote Deposit Capture service that saves time and money when processing checks. Altogether, a great experience so far.
