As well as comparing data which you are about to import to what you have currently in your database prior to doing so. It's great that you can preview all of your changes before you make them so you're able to ensure a close attention to detail. There is certainly a learning curve in order to become proficient using DemandTools simply because there is a massive amount of configuration possible. And a lot depends on the state of your current database as well. I suppose some organizations would have quite messy contact databases and that need is what drove them to discover this software. Therefore, it will take some learning and some planning to initially clean up the mess but it's nice to have the option in DemandTools.
