What was the best part about using CRMdesk?

We needed some assistance with figuring out call drivers and the reasoning behind them so we can be able to implement any new policies that will help resolve any issues. Through CRMDesk, we were able to fully understand our customer demographic and anticipate their needs. Then, we noticed a reduction of at least 37% in recurring call drivers after almost six months of implementation of this product.

What would you change about your experience with CRMdesk?

While using this product, I never came across some functions of CRMDesk which are not beneficial, easy, and helpful or made me disappointed in any way. It is very affordable and the support is unmatched. The product itself is easy and very helpful to use. I would highly recommend this product.

Overall Feedback

With CRM Desk, it was easy to keep track of contact with our customer base. It enables us to effectively log interactions and calls, and then go back when I need to put a previous contact into reference. It is very easy to use and navigate and I notice that most new users learn very quickly because of its simple interface.
