Cristal WMS looks to be dated solution from a company that is not so successful in my opinion. Cristal WMS is focusing primarily on small and medium enterprises. Cristal WMS operates on Microsoft SQL and it is far from to be a cloud solution. Just a simple look at their website tells you the whole story.

Cristal WMS is somehow an alternative cost effective warehouse management software for small and medium companies. If you do not care about accessing your software through the internet then Cristal WMS can be the best solution for a windows-based solution. Cristal WMS has deployed a PDA solution which can communicate through the Internet.

Cristal WMS is offering an acceptable support and customer service. If you have a limited budget to spend for a warehouse software and you are not seeking a fully cloud-based solution then Cristal WMS software can be enough. But, you have to bear in mind that Cristal WMS is outdated and it looks like the company is not releasing any updates.
