CRiSTAL is in any ways full-scale solution for 3PL. Thanks to extensive tool-set that includes shipping, returns, putaway, inventory and channel management, also quality control and location control, there is really nothing you can miss from it. Though it might seem like a tough challenge to take on with learning it, it is actually very easy to use and comprehend right away, especially with their lovely customer service supporting you.

As with any similar products, I wish there would be a mobile-responsive version available to give greater flexibility but I can’t really consider it to be a downer as most these solutions don’t have mobile version anyways. Besides that, it can get a little expensive for a starting business – fortunately there is a licence free version so that’s something to consider.
