CRiSTAL WMS

CRiSTAL WMS is a warehouse management software which helps the business to keep the record of the inventories and stock in a very manageable way without any hassle. The tool is prepared to keep in mind the needs of small and medium scale business thus it is best for them. It helps in keeping the costs of the business lower in many ways. A rich number of modules are also available for the users. Tasks like shipping, returns, put away, stock and inventory and quality control are efficiently managed by this tool. It is customizable software which can be modified in many aspects by anyone according to the needs.

What I don't like about this tool that it is very much dated. Internet connection is not needed for its access and also it is not cloud based. You cannot use it from anywhere according to your need. It also does not have any mobile version for the smartphone users. You are bound to use the tool only on the desktop or laptop you have primarily installed it. I am very much disheartened by this thing as these days all the software are cloud-based at least if not giving a mobile version or application. This thing really needs to be upgraded otherwise they will loose many customers. Also, the tool is very expensive in the beginning as it's a one-time cost.

This software really needs to be updated as per the latest technology as it is very much outdated as those used to be seven or eight years back. If they come up with these improvements soon for sure they are going to lead the market as a software for small and medium scale business. The software is not a good option for large companies. Overall the functionality of this tool does not lack in any ground and for other queries, there is customer service handled by experienced people.
