We received professional and responsive technical and consulting support. The CNP team is very knowledgeable about Joomla CMS they really helped us sort out some complicated issues. The process of asking tough questions and forcing us to work through them was very helpful in keeping our costs and scope within reachable expectations. They helped us prioritize and get the most out of our time and investment. Throughout the years of dedicated service they have always put our best interests up front and helped us protect our web assets. Perhaps the best part is they always will tell us what we need to hear vs what we may want to hear.

There was nothing untypical with software and web development that the CNP team did not respond to responsibly. Sure we were not always happy with the cost of getting some of our objectives accomplished but this was not any fault of CNP but rather the complexity of what we wanted to implement. CNP did help us avoid future risks and securely deploy a stable platform. There is nothing that I would say was a bad experience and overall we are very happy with their performance and responsiveness.

The PM and Technical Staff assigned to us were very responsive and enjoyable to work with. We had tried several other vendors prior and by far the team at CNP really stands out with experience and professionalism. Their pricing is an exceptional value and far less than others in their class. They were very transparent, ethical and a real force multiplier. Working with CNP allowed us to do more with our expertise and progress forward worry free. I give then five stars and highly recommend!
