Cornerstone OnDemand

Right from the time of installing the Cornerstone OnDemand still now we are glad to get our issues solved by the backend team within few hours or on the same day. Its interface had become simple with its several updates which are currently similar to a social page so it is easier to operate that application.

It does have excellent reporting feature as well as issues too. We need to check everything since it often reports isn't accurate. If an employee undergoes a training and completes it. But he accidentally signs up with the same training and withdraws from it which is reported with Cornerstone OnDemand as the employee has withdrawn from the training. So we need to educate the staffs about the software.

Using paper test method is time-consuming and costly. With the application's learning module, it will easier to assign the classes, check the reports. With this application, my client is able to conduct the training program in his several offices in various location in a similar manner and derives an consistent performance from his employees.
