Convirza (formerly LogMyCalls)

Convirza has many internal issues that mostly depend on their own employees and systems in using Convirza. Because before Convirza was invented more clients believed that message sending and delivering was the issue but once this software was used users liked the technology because this overcame the problem with the messages.

Convirza does not have a standard voice recording disclaimer which means the users need to upload their own voice recordings when they need any recording to be sent. The users are also expecting the software to include an option to email voicemails to emails if that was supported by Convirza then it would have been just awesome.

Convirza is a famous software used for tracking calls which also includes advanced options such as push-button accountability, call recording and close rate tracking for each and every call. Using this software the clients have the option of checking and tracking the improvements of their own employees and virtually that can be used to improve the organization as well.
