Convirza (formerly LogMyCalls)

Over the past few years we have gone through several different systems for managing data analytics, the most recent of which being LogMyCalls. We started out with fairly low expectations, given the sub par results we'd had with previous companies, but we were pleasantly surprised with this one. Their customer service was excellent. Instead of waiting for hours to get a response like the last few companies, they were timely and professional. They were also very knowledgeable about the system and analytics involved which gave us peace of mind when we asked them for help getting things set up. The system is very effective at data mining, analysis, and reporting. It's helped us streamline our call tracking process to boost profits and reduce pointless calls.

The notifications for the Missed Opportunities need to arrive faster because we can't always save them in time for it to matter. Otherwise, I have no complaints about this software. Any system will take some time to get used to, and the learning curve for this one was very reasonable.

Overall I would certainly recommend this system to other interested companies. It's effective, well supported by knowledgeable staff, and it's not too difficult to learn to use. I would say don't rely too much on the Missed Opportunities function, but perhaps they're already in the process of improving that feature so it's more practical.
