What was the best part about using Convirza (formerly LogMyCalls)?

We have used CallRail for years but thought Convirza's "Call Scoring" was worth a try. We never saw any benefit so we went back to CallRail. They did help us get up and running with their software.

What would you change about your experience with Convirza (formerly LogMyCalls)?

They are MUCH more expensive that CallRail and when we went back they charged us a $210.00 "port out" fee and charged us for an extra month $600+.

Overall Feedback

We have used CallRail for years but thought Convirza's "Call Scoring" was worth a try. We never saw any benefit so we went back to CallRail. They would deliver calls in batches, once over 200. They are NOT customer friendly.
