I like the crew scheduling module, it has been an easy way to schedule my team and send it out. Directory and customer info has been easy to use and I like how it auto populates across the site.

The files and photos module is overly complicated to use and view. It needs to be simplified and more easily edited. I'd like to see previews of PDFs more easily, rename files more easily and drag and drop files and photos like any other file storage system. The calendar feature is okay. Team members or events should be able to be color coded on the calendar so that you can visually see where tasks are. Currently they are all the same color and the calendar gets really crowded really fast. The integration from quickbooks was a nightmare- it took several weeks and endless calls to yours and quickbooks help lines. It continuously wiped out entire projects, customers and other items when synced and was incredibly glitchy for a few weeks. We finally got it all ironed out, but it was very very rocky and it was difficult to receive proper/effective assistance from the help teams.

It has taken quite a lot of hours to get things rolling properly, but we are finally starting to feel the benefits of the program. It is overly customizable which is a pro if you know the program very well. Starting out, it can be very hard to use basic functions.
