Thanks to CONTENTdm’s extensive resources to organize and enter content while creating collections and your own taxonomies within the collections it has been an ease working with it. Adding the WorldCat system it is easily shareable and gives us great flexibility while maintaining user-friendly possibility to retrieve the information at any times.

Well, as the tool is based on giving you the flexibility and freedom needed to achieve complete control over your content management, it must be said it will most likely need extensive customization before you can get to the point you wished with organizing your collections. In the end, I wouldn’t like to spend that much time again just to get a simple task done.

CONTENTdm has definitely proven to have put extensive efforts into giving you the full control but as it might get somewhat difficult with extensive configuration, keep in mind it is not a tool for 5-minute use. However, it is highly capable for all its’ features and you are not likely to encounter any issues while using it.
