Leaving aside the fact it wouldn't be the greatest tool for european users, it proves to be immensely wonderful when considering its' validation tools for US data (phone numbers, emails etc). At the same time it can even determine IP address's location and works with Oracle, MS SQL, Salesforce and many other platforms.

Overlooking of the feature-set which is in all ways great, I must say there is one great downside that in my eyes is not justified - the price. It is very expensive and even though there is a free trial so you could check it out, it won't make up for the insane price which is nowhere near to be acceptible for smaller businesses.

Having extensive contact management features, a free trial and a cloud based system are definitely aspects to love about the tool. Though it is a bit limiting when it comes to european use and it is pricey, I can see why it is tremendous help, especially if you are US-based.
