If you have a business which would only need email marketing, you can try out Constant Contact. Just bear in mind that this exclusively for email marketing campaigns - not a total marketing software. Few good things about Constant Contact is its consistent customer service, its detailed reporting and its friendly user interface which makes editing very easy.

While testing the software, I noticed few glitches. Not really much though sometimes you can really notice the interruption as you setup your email marketing campaign. It could be because of my internet speed though I still think it could be partly because of the tool itself. Apart from that, I can't think of anything else 'bad' about the tool.

Overall, Constant Contact is a tool worthy to try for. As I did not notice any other concerning things with the tool, I can say its really worth a try. I know there a lot of CRMs out there who can do so much more but you can take in the fact that those software also cost more. If you think you wouldn't need anything else apart from email marketing, better try Constant Contact.
