Connectwise makes our business unifies with one application. The attractive features contain by this tool are project tickets, service board, time tracking, document management and company management. It is helpful to IT department and IT companies. The time spent on the number of the email exchange between our employees and customers is reduced now. The productivity of our business is also improved. Time tracking is one of my favorite features of this tool which make my work much easier as it identifies the area where time and effort are spent more. It has simple and intuitive user interface which provides service detail for us.

The problem I faced is that sync of schedule does not work properly. They don't handle the purchase value fluctuation or extended cost. They don't even have sub-temporary workers.The main issues arise when an update of the system takes place and had back up for this, it took so much time due to which I lost some of my new clients too. Project management should always improve. The customer support care service is worst of this tool as they lack knowledge and take a lot of time to solve our problem. I think more improvement is needed in the area of interface and reporting.

Connectwise makes our company sell and support through technology. It is a leading business management on the worldwide basis. More than 10,000 users use this tool to have more profitability, accountability, and operational efficiency in their business. It has been providing this service for more than 15 years in the market. It provides the various features like CRM, finance and billing, workflow automation and help desk and customer service. But I think they should improve their customer support service as they are not responsive and not even have much knowledge to solve our issues on time.
