Connect Bridge

We’ve recently acquired a smaller company using a different CRM system than we did. To keep all the data under one roof, we needed to synchronize the two CRMs used and at later point switch to a single one. We took advantage of Connect Bridge. The integration ran smoothly and we had the full control of what needed to be synchronized.

Connect Bridge is simple to use, but initially takes some time to get used to, as with every new platform. After a slow start, we were happy with the results and it was working fine. We wouldn’t have achieved better results with a different tool or with a different support team.
