Each time I had a problem with something, big or minor, each time there was an agent willing to spend anywhere from two min until even to 2 hrs helping me personally and find a solution to my issue. In case I was not given a solution after those 2 hours then for I would hear from them in the next 24 hours via email suggesting a solution. Great support!

I do believe the application could be a bit more efficient as well as practical for the users developing on.Ii would be great if there was a console that guided the person in right syntax.
