The drilling and CWI discipline is a very specialized field, with a lot of unique and dedicated equipment. The technology is difficult to understand as it happens underground and can only be imagined. For young, new and/or staff from support departments there is a lot value added to have an introduction to and get better background understanding of the technologies.
