FSRU LNG Terminal Agreement

Drafting Terminal Use Agreements including the associated documents for the relationship with Terminal Operator and between Users. Are also examined in detail. Approaches to Tariff design are also explored. Examples of real contracts are used for case studies to enhance attendees’ learning experience.
